Demitri Kesoglides, a.k.a. SANiTY (or DJ SANiTY), has been cutting his teeth in the music circuit for over a decade now. Hailing from New York City, the Queens native has had a culturally diverse upbringing -- which definitely lends itself to his varied taste in music. SANiTY's versatility as a DJ shows in his live sets, as he has played to many different types of crowds -- ranging from upscale venues to underground venues -- as well as some of NYC's premier venues for electronic music. Upon graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Musical Enterprises from Baruch College, and subsequently his Master's Degree in Music Business from New York University, SANiTY has shifted focus from the business side of the industry to developing himself as an artist. His sound is a cross between different styles of house music with open-format mixing techniques. After a few free releases, he made his record label debut in 2015 with UK-based EJ Eternal, part of the Krafted Music Group umbrella. The label released his 'HOMESICK EP' together w/songwriter Kritty of the band Fine Life. The song received the music video treatment and a remix EP, with remixes by the likes of Fight Clvb (Barong Family/Wall Recordings/Dim Mak/Revealed) and Dope Tendencies (Buygore). A few years later, Fight Clvb ended up signing SANiTY's 'ZESSION EP' to their label, Fight Free Records. Currently into the 'G-House' sound, he made his debut release "Missed Call" with Brazil-based G-Mafia Records. G-Mafia also released his latin-fusion EDM track, "Sextro." For his latest project, SANiTY is working with local NYC producers and rappers to curate an 'East Coast G-House' movement -- an eclectic mix of gritty East Coast hip-hop lyricism, party trap breakdowns, and thumping house grooves. The first volume of the #EastCoastGHouse compilation has received prominent blog support from EARMILK, The Music Ninja, HipHopHeadQuarters, and DigitalDJPool...it even received a personal shoutout from the West Coast G-House don himself -- Destructo. Volume 2 is just about wrapped up, and is set for release in Summer 2020!
